Limited space grow a container garden
Container gardens can be so much fun for people of all ages, ranging from young children to even the elderly.
You can get creative with it depending on your time and the age group you are working with. Small children can get small pots and paint them different colors and things to make them their own, before placing the dirt and the seeds of whatever they want to grow in them. This can be done at home with your family or even in the classroom as a group project or even at your next birthday party instead of taking home goodie bags, they can take home their own pot of herbs that they planted and decorated. Children can learn a sense of responsibility, by learning that the plants need water every day to grow as well as sunlight.
If you live in an apartment or a retirement home or even a very small house with no yard, you can still have your own container garden. This is also a great way to cut corners with your budget instead of buying items that your dinner recipe calls for, you can
grow them yourself and use them and feel a sense of accomplishment that you contributed something to the recipe that you grew yourself.
Another fun thing to do with items that you can grow in your container garden like Sage and things like that, is gifts like little pillows packed with the herbs that you can heat up in your microwave.
